Shipping & Delivery

All our garments are made per order and produced locally at our studio in Cape Town, South Africa. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation of fulfillment email with tracking information.

ORDERS MADE IN SOUTH AFRICA

All national orders are shipped to your door free of charge with our reliable courier.

Once your order has been received we will start production which takes between 3 - 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before being dispatched.

Delivery can take between 1-3 working days, dependent on the shipping address.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details and a tracking number that can be used online to track your order. The online tracking system will be available only once the parcel is scanned which can take up to 12 hours.

Please note you are more than welcome to reach out to us and request a custom delivery date in case of a specific event, travelling, gifting, etc.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please contact info@michaelludwigstudio.com with your order and delivery address so that we can give a custom quote on delivery costs.

International deliveries will have a flat rate of R1500 (however this can be more if heavier & bulky garments are purchased. We do understand that this can be expensive however we only have certain companies that ship from South Africa to all over the world and this is the rate they charge us on average.

Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility. Michael Ludwig Studio takes no responsibility for the parcel once it leaves South Africa however we will do our best to make sure the process of delivery runs smoothly.
