Inspired by the notion that criticism can be both inward and outward, Circular Criticism presents a curated selection of styles that address past criticisms of the designer and brand while showcasing the brand's evolution and resilience.
The collection's palette features soft pastel hues of butter yellow, light celadon green, and white, juxtaposed against a bold ocean blue, symbolising the contrast between vulnerability and strength.
The textiles were carefully selected to not only tell a story of South Africa grown and manufactured fabrics and express circular notions but also embody the brand's commitment to sustainability. Embroidered cotton linens, locally woven and dyed cottons, eco-printed denims, and jacquard burnout chiffon come together to create a tactile experience that invites the wearer to embrace their individuality.
